In the movie, Working Girl, a CEO of a large conglomerate tells a story about a truck that is stuck in the Holland Tunnel because its payload was too high. While all the experts are standing around trying to figure out how to extricate the truck; a ten year-old girl, waiting in traffic with her daddy, asked “Why don’t they lower the air pressure in the truck’s tires?” 

All too often in our adult world, disarmingly simple observations and solutions are passed over for the more complex ones.
